One hour of massage is perfect for any minor ailments or relaxation massage. For more severe problems I would recommend 90 minutes and then we can assess your situation again after a few days to see if you will require more treatments.

Payment is preferred by cash when you come for your appointment, although cheques are also accepted. Living Social appointments are paid for when booking through the living social website.

Appointments can be booked for either an hour or 90 minutes (or longer if you so wish). The first 5 to 10 minutes of each appointment will consist of a consultation where I will determine your requirements.

24 hours notice is required for any cancellations at any of the Health Centers I work at as they will still charge me the cost of the room if I don't give them said notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee being requested. There is no cancellation fee charged for cancellations in your own home.

Couples massage consists of 2 therapists coming to your home and massaging the individuals side by side. It is possible for each person to have a different treatment. The treatment can last for as long as you would like. 60 – 90mins is usual.

After your treatment please follow the advice below in order to gain the most benefit from your massage.

• Increase your water intake following a massage to assist the body’s detoxification process.

• Have a suitable rest period after the treatment.

• Cut down on consumption of stimulants (i.e. alcohol / coffee / tea / cigarettes).

• Avoid eating a heavy, spicy meal after the treatment. Eat light for the rest of the day.

• You may feel generally sleepy or tired or sometimes even sleepy or emotional due to the release of tension. Don't worry however as this is completely normal.
